Empire Gas

Empire Gas Company is a full-service propane company that has been operating in Puerto Rico since 1967. Founded by Ramón González Cordero and Ketty Simounet Bey, it began as a wholesale distributor of LPG; today it is the largest distributor of LPG on the island, with a 70% market share and approximately 74 million gallons supplied per year. With more than 500 employees, it serves commercial, industrial, public, and residential sectors, as well as customers in the Caribbean. The company also incorporated autogas and cogeneration (CHP) services to offer sustainable energy solutions.
